Any paper completed at Aim High Writing shall be for personal use only. Our services may include proofreading, rewriting, editing, and paraphrasing. However, it is important to note that rewriting that comprises more than 40% of the total paper shall be considered a custom paper, and therefore the relevant charges shall be applied accordingly. Services will only be available to a client after he/she submits the request through an appropriate order form via our website. Services requested shall not be in violation of any of the provisions outlined in our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Our policies and Terms and Conditions may change from time to time, and it is the sole responsibility of the users to ensure that they acquaint themselves with the updated versions before using the services. Requests for single-spaced papers shall attract a double fee. The standard paper from Aim High Writing shall comprise of the Title page, the main body of the paper in accordance with the instructions provided, and a reference page. The title page and reference or bibliography pages are provided free of charge. The company holds the right to utilize the available materials and sources at their disposal, including journals, books, online publications, and newspapers. However, a client can submit the relevant materials alongside the order. The materials should however not violate any of our terms and conditions. In the event that the client requires specific materials to be used in completing his/her paper, the resources shall be attached.

Order Placement

Accurate, complete, and correct information shall be submitted by the client when submitting a request for an order. The client shall, therefore, be liable for any arising consequence and inconveniences from misunderstandings that may occur as a result of the provision of untruthful and incorrect information. Every order placed shall be accompanied by a request from our support to the client to confirm the final instructions, and these instructions shall be used to complete the paper. In the event that changes requested by the client after the paper has been completed do not meet the initial instructions, relevant charges may apply. The confirmation should be provided approximately 3 hours after order placement and after an hour for orders with a deadline of less than 24 hours. Payment

Services shall be forfeited if the payment method used is declined or if the method fails. Writers shall only commence on completing the order after full payment has been received. Fees paid are not inclusive of the VAT, taxes, and other forms of applicable levies such as duties that are imposed by taxing authorities. In case online credit card fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities shall be alerted immediately. Charge backs imply that the client is ready to forfeit all his/her rights to the paper with immediate effect. Forfeiting the rights also guarantees that the client has authorized Aim High Writing to publish the paper and commence authorship of the completed paper to ensure that he/she has not used parts of the paper. Once the client has completed the charge back, all copyrights of the paper are reverted to the company, and the paper becomes part of the company’s intellectual property. Charge backs shall not attract any fines or penalties, so as to avoid confusion regarding ownership of the paper.

Aim High Writing maintains the right to alter prices at any time and in accordance with the changes in the marketplace. While the changes shall be posted online, the company reserves sole discretion and no further notifications shall be available to the clients.

Discount Policy

Aim High Writing offers the most competitive discounts to our clients as a way of providing better value for their money. One way of ensuring that our clients benefit from the great discount policy is by allowing for the creation of client profiles, which makes it possible to track the client’s history with the company. A discount system that is used at the company’s discretion enables the company to extend the discount programs as further discussed on the Discounts Section

Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program is another way of ensuring that the clients maximize and create more value for their monies. The program allows clients to earn points of up to 10% of the total bill after placing the initial order. Accumulating the points gives the client a credit balance that can be redeemed for future purchases. The points can only be exclusively used on our website, but they are not refundable. Points accumulated after placing the initial order are valid for a period of 10 months, after which they can no longer be used again. This implies that a client shall purchase our services within this period in order to utilize the points. Points withdrawn from a client’s credit balance cannot be recovered after expiry. The points are also not transferable. A notification is sent to the client a month before expiration and subsequent withdrawal. To benefit from this program, clients are advised to create their profiles with us and use our writing services as frequently as possible. After the initial order, 5% of every purchase is added to the credit balance.

Revisions

Revisions on papers completed by Aim High Writing must be submitted within the appropriate timeframe and are not charged an extra fee. 14 day revision period for papers below 20 pages and 30-day revision for papers over 20 pages is offered. The revision period commences on the day of the deadline as provided by the client. Exceptional cases may call for an extension of the revision period. If revision requests are not placed within the said periods, Aim High Writing assumes that the client is satisfied with the order.

Verification

Our clients may be required to submit identification information. Aim High Writing may consult other sources, legally, to obtain important information related to the provision of our services. Limitations of Liability
